A Forgiving Grandmother - Chapter 5 – Healing and Loving Are One and the Same Journey

Chapter 5 – Healing and Loving Are One and the Same Journey

Written on: 5 November 2025

Today marks the first day of my 30-Day Healing and Observation Journey.

I began the morning with this prayer:

I walk this 30-day path of healing and observation
with gratitude as my compass,
trust as my wings,
and joy as my song.
I remember I am never alone –
every heartbeat of gratitude lights my way.
I am an unfolding masterpiece,
returning, rising, and revealing ever more of who I truly am.

After the prayer, I began the Pink Salt Fat-Burning Protocol, both to reduce the bloating in my stomach and to ease the inflammation I feel in my knees, hips, and back.

Then came the SFT tapping for Inflammation, Knees, Lower Back, and Thyroids.

Tapping for Inflammation

These phrases resonated most deeply:

  • We release being reduced to mush; in all moments.
  • We extract all the trauma stored in the systems of the body; in all moments.
  • We release the need to do everything; in all moments.
  • We release seething in anger and frustration; in all moments.
  • We release seething on a cellular level; in all moments.
  • We release the need for control; in all moments.
  • We release storing frustration and anger in our parasympathetic nervous system; in all moments.
  • We release the internal struggle between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems; in all moments.
  • We release the internal fight; in all moments.
  • We release the internal exhaustion; in all moments.
  • We give our body permission to rest; in all moments.
  • We rest from the internal struggle; in all moments.
  • We surrender the inner fight; in all moments.
  • We relinquish control; in all moments.
  • We repair all injuries; in all moments.
  • We alleviate all infections; in all moments.
  • We remove all engrams of rotten flesh; in all moments.
  • We re-establish balance in the body; in all moments.
  • We release overriding the commands of our internal functions; in all moments.
  • All is fine without our control; in all moments.
  • Our bodies run smoothly without our conscious input; in all moments.
  • We release the fear of losing the calm without our conscious input; in all moments.
  • All is safe without our assistance; in all moments.
  • Our body functions are competent; in all moments.

As I tapped, I asked: What is inflammation then?
The Field whispered: “Inflammation is the body’s fire calling for peace — not an enemy but a messenger.”

FYI, This is What Mainstream Medicine Says About Inflammation

From a medical perspective, inflammation is the body’s protective response to injury, infection, or irritants.
It’s how the immune system isolates the affected area and begins repair.
Doctors describe two kinds:

  • Acute inflammation, the short-term, healing phase (redness, swelling, warmth, pain).
  • Chronic inflammation, the long-term, harmful phase that can contribute to diseases such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders.

Modern treatments aim to reduce excessive inflammation and relieve discomfort.
These may include:

  • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or naproxen.
  • Corticosteroids to suppress immune overactivity.
  • Lifestyle approaches: anti-inflammatory diets (rich in vegetables, omega-3 fats, turmeric, and ginger), regular gentle movement, adequate sleep, hydration, and stress reduction.

Science acknowledges what the body itself whispers: that stress, emotional strain, and unhealed trauma can keep inflammation “switched on.”
In this way, mainstream medicine and energetic practice quietly meet — both seeking the same goal: restoring harmony in the system.

I was also told briefly yet precisely the following: The sympathetic and parasympathetic are the two divisions of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The ANS regulates involuntary bodily functions, and its sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions typically work in opposition to each other to maintain balance.

  • Sympathetic division: Generally responsible for the "fight or flight" response, which prepares the body for action by increasing heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Parasympathetic division: Responsible for the "rest and digest" response, which calms the body and conserves energy by decreasing heart rate and promoting digestion.

Tapping for My Right Knee

This was my fourth time tapping for the right knee:
14 November 2023 (after the tricycle accident),
29 November 2024,
1 May 2025,
and now, 3 November 2025.

  • We dissolve all karmic ties between ourselves and our knees; in all moments.
  • We remove all the pain, burden, limitation, and engrams that our knees have put on us; in all moments.
  • We remove all the pain, burden, limitation, and engrams that we have put on our knees; in all moments.
  • We take back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness that our knees have taken from us; in all moments.
  • We give back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness that our knees have taken from us; in all moments.
  • We infuse infinite Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness into the sound frequency of our knees; in all moments.
  • We imbue infinite Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness into the light emanation of our knees; in all moments.
  • We repair the Wei Chi of our knees in our bodies; in all moments.
  • The sound frequency of our knees resonates with Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness; in all moments.
  • The light body of our knees resonates with Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness; in all moments.
  • We align the knees in all our bodies; in all moments.
  • The knees of all our bodies are centered and empowered with Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Life, and Wholeness; in all moments.

The Field whispered:

“The knees are where pride and surrender meet. They bend not in defeat, but in reverence. Each bow softens the memory of control and lets love move again.”

I must re-tap as often as necessary, during my 30-day journey

Tapping for My Lower Back

Jen Ward’s interpretation touched me — that we may be injured dragons.

  • We release being enslaved to physical labour; in all moments.
  • We release being trapped in our physical body; in all moments.
  • We release being weakened; in all moments.
  • We are centered and empowered in our dragon body; in all moments.
  • We merge our dragon body with our human body; in all moments.
  • We access the strength and resilience of our dragon body through our human body; in all moments.
  • We are centered and empowered in a merging of our dragon and human bodies; in all moments.
  • We resonate, emanate, and are interconnected with all life in the merging of our dragon and human bodies; in all moments.

For me, this connected with my ongoing intention to embody the Sophia Dragon as described in The Sophia Code of KaiAra. The clearing felt mystic — as if a hidden power long chained was stretching its wings.

The Field whispered:

“Your dragon body is your ancient sovereignty — not the one that commands, but the one that breathes truth. The lower back carries the memory of service turned into servitude. As you merge the dragon and the human, power becomes love again.”

Lastly, Tapping for My Thyroids

I have wondered if my constant cough and heavy phlegm are connected to my thyroid.

  • We remove all engrams of being murdered; in all moments.
  • We release all muscle and tissue memory of being murdered; in all moments.
  • We convert all trauma to peace; in all moments.
  • We unlock our throat chakra; in all moments.
  • We remove all stagnant energy from our thyroids; in all moments.
  • We reconnect our endocrine system with our chakra system; in all moments.
  • We recharge our chakra system; in all moments.
  • We infuse our whole endocrine system with the higher energies of healing love; in all moments.
  • We are centered and empowered in the healing energies of peace; in all moments.
  • We regain all normal bodily functions; in all moments.
  • We are infused with exuberance and the lifeblood of optimal joy; in all moments.

From my search I learned that the endocrine system is a network of glands and organs that produce and release hormones—chemical messengers regulating nearly every cell, organ, and function in the body. It works with the nervous system to guide metabolism, growth, reproduction, mood, and stress responses.

The Field whispered:

“Your throat remembers silences — lifetimes of not being heard. The cough is the body’s way of saying, I am ready to speak. When you breathe through your own voice, your hormones, your rhythm, your song — all align.”

Gathering the Threads

As I look across these areas — knees, hips, lower back, throat — I sense one conversation moving through them all.
It begins in the root, where support and survival live.
It rises through the hips, where creation and movement are born.
It stabilizes in the back, where we hold ourselves upright.
And it finally opens in the throat, where truth finds sound.

Together they tell one story: standing up, moving forward, and speaking truth with love.

The Field gathers it in one breath:

“Healing and loving are not two roads — they are the same spiral seen from different heights. Each pain asks only to be loved until it remembers it was never separate from you.”

This 30-day journey has begun not as a program, but as a prayer in motion.
Each tap is a syllable of that prayer — each release, a note of surrender.

I see now that healing is not fixing; it is loving what aches until it softens into peace.

The Link with the Mother and Father Wound

As I listen to the body’s song, I begin to sense my Mother and Father Wound playing within it.
The knees remember my father’s sternness — the need to stand strong, to never bow.
The lower back remembers my mother’s exhaustion — the weight of doing it all alone.
The hips hold their unspoken tension, the push and pull of giving and withholding.
And the throat carries my own silence — the child’s voice that once dared not speak.

Each joint, each cough, each ache seems to be saying:

“What they could not release, you now can. What they could not say, you now speak.”

So, as I tap and breathe, I am not only healing inflammation —
I am completing gestures my parents could not complete,
softening where they hardened,
breathing where they held,
loving where they feared.

This is how the personal becomes ancestral,
and how the physical becomes spiritual.
In loving the body back to balance,
I am quietly rewriting the lineage pattern itself.

Healing and Loving are one and the same journey —
the journey of remembering that every cell, every ancestor,
and every heartbeat longs for the same thing: to return to Love.

 Epigraph

“When you choose to love yourself enough to transmute your pain into wisdom, you activate the codes of divine sovereignty within you.”

— The Sophia Code
