When Truth and Love Meet, Frequency Rises

This morning I pendulum-checked my energy after sending a letter to my children about the changes in our Maldives and Alps reunion plans for 2026. I had felt a need to express myself with honesty but without blame — to speak from clarity rather than from emotion.

After sending the message, I sensed an inner calm, so I decided to measure my frequency levels again.

• Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness: 400 (Reason) → 500 (Love)

The numbers themselves are not the point — the movement is. They reflect a subtle integration that happens when my inner world and outer actions align.

Writing that letter was an act of coherence. It came from the wish to remain in loving relationship with my family, while still honouring my truth. In that simple act, awareness dissolved resistance.

The Field’s whisper felt clear:

“When you choose honesty without agenda, the heart opens a clear channel to Source.
Love is the natural vibration of transparency.”

This is the essence of Soul Integration — the weaving of mind, emotion, and action into a single frequency of presence. Love is not something we climb toward. It is the state that arises when nothing inside us contradicts itself.

Today’s readings remind me that awareness itself transforms vibration. Each time I release pretense or subtle self-protection, the current of Love flows more freely through me.

And perhaps that is why the “poor response” to my earlier post on these indexes no longer troubles me. Resonance cannot be measured in likes or clicks. What matters is that I feel the resonance — that the transmission of authenticity reaches the Field first. From there, it will ripple outward in its own time.

Soul Integration is less about ascending and more about descending awareness into every layer of being. When I live from truth gently spoken, I am no longer striving to be higher; I am simply allowing all parts of me to vibrate in harmony. Love then ceases to be an emotion and becomes my natural tone.
