However, according to Napoleon Hill of Think and Grow Rich, there is another evil which people suffer and which according to Napoleon Hill it is often more fatal than all the six fears. He calls this evil OUR SUSCEPTIBILITY TO NEGATIVE INFLUENCES. Without doubt, the most common weakness of all human beings is the habit of leaving their minds open to the negative influence of other people.

How to protect yourself against negative influences?

There are two types of negative influences, (1) of your own making and (2) the activities of negative people around you. To protect yourself, you need to be aware of:

  1. recognize that you have this thing call will-power
  2. recognize the fact that you, and every other human being are by nature, lazy, indifferent and susceptible to all suggestions which harmonize with your weakness
  3. recognize that you are by nature susceptible to all six basic fears, and set up habits for the purpose of counteracting all these fears
  4. recognize that negative influences often work on you through your subconscious mind, therefore they are difficult to detect, and keep your mind closed against all people who depress or discourage you in any way
  5. clean out your medicine chest, throw away all pill bottles and stop pandering to colds, aches, pains and imaginary illness
  6. Deliberately seek the company of people who influence you to THINK AND ACT FOR YOURSELF
  7. Do not EXPECT troubles as they have a tendency not to disappoint

How to protect yourself against negative influences? The short cut is this SRT General Clearing. Please just follow my voice. I will need you breath in – then hold your breath while you repeat silently to yourself, the release I will be saying our loud. Then exhale. Remember, holding your breath while repeating is important

 

  1. General release: DO THIS
  • I release all positive and negative emotional blocks with my susceptibility to other people’s negativity, irrespective of whether they are of good intentions or not. ……..X3
